We do this because more buildings are built every year, and demolishing buildings when they get old or have problems isn’t practical.

We’re here to ensure that every project we touch is left better than we found it, embodying the ‘Greatest Of All Time’ in every nail, coating, or form. Our founder’s unique blend of engineering expertise and condominium board experience guides our path to creating lasting value, one building at a time, with minimal fuss and maximum efficiency.
Our founder has a background in restoration engineering for existing buildings having spent seven years at a large national engineering firm. Additionally, prior to starting Goat Restoration, he successfully managed thousands of projects repairing existing buildings for another general contractor.
Lastly, he was a Board member for a condominium corporation for eight years, providing a unique insight into the choices owners and managers deal with every day. Combining these three roles allows Goat Restoration Ltd. to chart the course for any project type.
