Windows and doors only perform as well as the moisture barrier tie-ins. Whether the window is at grade or thirty storeys up, we can help you with the replacement. Partnering with our suppliers we can install storefront, window wall, curtain wall, vinyl, wood, and fiberglass assemblies.

HIGH-RISE GLAZING REPAIR & REPLACEMENT

We are comfortable working at heights and have the knowledge and expertise to carry out these challenging tasks. Public protection and safe work plans are key to successfully working at height.

BUILDING STRUCTURE & PARKADE REPAIRS

Our skilled tradespeople are equally familiar with repairing concrete building structures as they are repairing wood frame structures. Concrete structures degrade as the reinforcing inside corrodes, and wood rots when it can’t dry. Ideally small repairs can be completed prior to larger structural repairs ever being required.

WATERPROOFING

Below grade hot applied waterproofing for foundation walls and plaza assemblies, as well as thin waterproofing systems for parkades and balconies, and lastly expansion joints. These assemblies can be completely replaced or maintained to extend their service lives. We understand the technical features of these systems and when and why each are used.
